I get that I bought this book used but clearly. It is more than used. I don't want your information writing and crossed out thought the entire book. People should not be allowed to sell books of this quality. All I can focus on is what you wrote in the book. Completely annoyed.

Rental program worked great.

Ordered used but the book was truly like new! No writing inside and no dammage. This was a required book for one of my courses, but I have enjoyed it!

The book was damaged upon arrival. It also looks like it's going to start falling apart.

I just open my box and one of my box is torn on the cover page and few of the pages.
