Great quality kit. Only reason I docked it a star is that my cable on my 7 foot door were almost 400mm shorter (2950mm vs 2560mm), so I ended up having to buy new ones. I suspect the cables would be suitable for an 8 foot door.

I purchased these hinges to progressively replace the inferior Merlin nylon hinges that had started to break. Unfortunately the steel hinges are incompatible, so I had to return them all. However GREAT service from Amazon who agreed to refund full cost! My computer would not download the descriptive photo showing why hinges incompatible.
