購入してから、５年ほど経ちました。黒い塗装が剥がれている部分もあります。しかし！、焦げつきません。とても使いやすいです。予備にもう一つ買い足したくらいのお気に入りです。今はマグマプレート版が流通しているのかな？マグマプレート版も気になります。3つも鉄フライパン持っていても持ち過ぎなので、ガマンです。以下は、初期レビューです。丈夫で使いやすいです。ふたや、フライパンの形状が工夫されており、とても使いやすいです。ずっとずっと長く使えると思います。
