The product arrived in a timely fashion with good quality.The forms themselves are very high quality.Four months later after conversion to Windows 10, I'm disappointed with the NEATO label design software. I can no longer reliably print my earlier designs saved in the .MFO format. In the online editing tool, I'm in an endless cycle of: print dialog-- Neato popup -- login -- print dialog and repeat. I should have used a more reliable 3rd party, Windows-based label designer app. ... the NEATO Web-based label software is very browser-dependent.As long as you don't depend on the NEATO Webware, the labels are good.

I prefer the labels with the center hole about the size of a quarter, compared to these about the size of a dime, as they are easier to work with.

Did not like the fact that I have to access their website every time I want to make a label. I would prefer that I have the software loaded on my computer - from the website or from a disc provided by the company.

It was a little different program from the old one I was using but it works great. The Matte prints well with my HP.

I CAN NOT USE THE LABELS BECAUSE MY MEDIA FACE PROGRAM WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY.I HAVE USED IT FOR SEVERAL YEARS ALONG WITH THE LABELS BUT NOW , IT WILL NOT ALLOW MY PRINTER TO SEND IMAGESTO THE LABELS.

Not easy to use, templates very limited, NEATO advises they are working on problems, still waiting for a long time.

I like it.

Work and print great. I had no problem with color issues or anything. I've used Avery labels in the past and these are just as good and cheaper.
