What's the difference between the klark teknik 1176-kt and the 76-kt ???

I don’t think anything, they just changed the name on the new releases

Can you run both xlr/ trs inputs and outputs at the same time to run to different gear? not sending single to both at the same time, just patch

No, single input/single signal at a time.

Where is this made/manufactured?

It's made in China. Klark Teknik is under the Behringer brand. That said, I'd say it still sounds amazing and is worth every cent.
