Silicone Blanked Label Retro 3.5 Inches Floppy Disk All-Weather Coasters, 4.7 X 3.6, Set of 4

I have a little nephew, 1 year old and he likes to find and throw my coasters on the [hardwood] floor. I have two broken ceramic coasters and nothing else for my drinks. However, these are silicone!!So, if he happens to find one and pick it up (read: throw it on the floor) then it's less worry for everyone. Plus he can chew on them and not break his teeth 😂Aside from that, the colors are great, the labels are cute, and they're a super fun decoration and functional coaster!

I got these for my dad as a gag gift for his birthday. Jokes on me though, he loves them and so does the rest of my family.These things are incredibly versatile, given that they're both waterproof and nonslip. We use them (occasionally) as trivets for hot (but not incredibly hot) dishes, often to keep things from sliding on the glass coffee table, and everywhere as coasters. And in case of dirt, they just get washed off in the sink with everything else. My mom has 'removed' all the old coasters at this point. There's no going back.One thing to note- I don't know why, given the description, but I still expected these to be hard/stiff coasters, mimicking actual floppy discs. They aren't. They're soft silicone. Emphasis on soft. Not jello like, but definitely going to actually flop. Still love them though.

My Dad is an IT guy and I always try to gift things that have a practical use but it’s so hard shopping for him since he already has anything and everything he could ever need. Then I stumbled upon these!!!! Beyond perfection and he laughed so hard when he opened it (I couldn’t wait so I let him open it early). He was really impressed by the attention to detail in the design from the label to the little switch/tab that is on the back just like the original floppy disks. Also the fact that it’s truly floppy since it’s silicone is extra funny. Basically this has probably been the best Christmas present I’ve gotten him since the LED motherboard Christmas Tree I got him 6 years ago!!!

Easily one of my favorite purchases from this site. Chose these because my roommate and I are both software engineers and we thought they were neat. They're easily washable coasters and they come in a bright assortment of colors, which can also help to identify which drink is yours if you just remember what color floppy you picked. They look surprisingly realistic. And honestly, they're really fun to play with if you don't currently have a drink on them. 100% would buy more if I needed another set of coasters.

These are so cute and quirky to have on your desk. They are made of silicone so your drink will not slide around. They aren’t absorbent which is fine for me as I usually drink coffee and room temp water. Great for avoiding coffee rings! My only complaint is that if you wanted to write on the index of the coaster you can’t use a permanent marker because it doesn’t transfer well. Maybe I’ll have better luck with a paint pen

So the ex is a computer geek who has basically anything he wants, or what he wants is too expensive to afford, so DD found these to surprise him with for Father's Day. He couldn't figure out where she had managed to find floppy disks and thought they were actually real ones until she showed him what they were. Very realistic looking! Made his day and I am sure he will enjoy showing them off to his friends!

These are awesome! I bought them for my computer-loving husband and had our kids write notes on them in permanent marker for a gift - came out SO great! The permanent marker really went on easily and doesn't wash off. So easy to personalize these and make them fun - and we have had a number of people comment on how realistic they actually look! Non-slip and a great weight for a coaster - recommend!

It doesn’t absorb so much as balance. It works fine and keeps water off my desk so I like them but the water will just kind of build up until you wipe it away. These are extremely easy to clean and I love that it says the same thing in different languages!
