Is this made in china?

Nit sure but it's junk. Don't waste your money

These bottles are very sturdy. They may dent if dropped, but haven't broken yet. The parts if the lid are slightly breakable, but it usually requires intention to break.

Do you sell extra straw with this bottle? Thanks

You can get extra/replacement straws on the Zak website, scroll to the bottom and click on Replacement parts.

Is there a way to keep the design from rubbing off?

I bought the Mindcraft bottle and vaguely remember a caution not to put it through the dishwasher but to wash it by hand. I can't remember if I disregarded the directions because it was used only on a few occasions when my grandson visited from out-of-state. If you put it in the dishwasher, the design may not have been able to withstand the hear, etc.
