Sports Research Vitamin K2 + D3 with Organic Coconut Oil for Better Absorption

I love

Product looks good. Results can only be judged in a month or so. Switched to it for its coconut oil base vs typical seed oil in other brands.

The combination of Vitamin K2 and D3 is perfect, as they work synergistically to ensure calcium is properly absorbed and directed to the bones rather than the arteries. This supplement is a game-changer for anyone looking to support their bone and heart health. I highly recommend giving this one a try. Sports Research has truly delivered a top-notch product!

Good small size capsule easy on digestion. Great delivery service- thank you

I got the Sports Research Vegan Vitamin D3 + K2 with Coconut Oil because I wanted to start taking better care of myself before starting HRT. It felt like a small but important step toward building a healthier routine and being more intentional about what I put into my body. I liked that it combines plant-based D3 from lichen with K2, along with coconut MCT oil to help with absorption, so it felt more complete than plain vitamin D. The plantgels are easy to take, and the 60-count bottle makes it simple to stay consistent every day. I also appreciate that it’s vegan certified, non-GMO, soy-free, gluten-free, and third-party tested, which gives me more confidence adding it to my routine. Overall, this feels like a clean, convenient supplement that fits well with the healthier habits I’m trying to build before starting HRT.

Good price

My doctor recommended this after I went and got a blood test and found out that I was low on vitamin D and magnesium and vitamin B I'm 51. I just love a supplement that actually works takes awhile for supplements to get in your system so when they do you'll notice and I definitely noticed the D vitamin absorbing into my skin my skin is less blotchy I feel better I have more energy I'm not saying it's a miracle but it does take about 30 days to get in your system and it absorbs very well I can tell my nails are growing longer I just overall feel a lot better as I started taking this because I was deficient in it before and doing my research found out that vitamin D is very hard to absorb into people's system there was actually a patent out on a vitamin D supplement that absorbed very well but my doctor actually recommended this brand I just gave her my phone and told her to order whatever I needed I have the vitamin D supplement and I also have the magnesium supplement and they both have made me feel 100% better so I would definitely recommend the brand and not only that's a packaging just awesome like if I hadn't got it recommended I probably would have bought it just because it looks professional and it came quick also in the mail I have Amazon Prime it happens any questions let me know

Changed my rating after feeling sick for two days after dosing.. Stomach cramps and heart palpitations during the night.. Thought it would be a good buy but my doctor advised dosage is way too high for me Not happy at the full disclosure of side effects. Will throw away if cannot be returned. Bad news for me.
