How do you clean the piping?

Pull up the metal piping from the platform to remove it. You can also unscrew the end from which the water exits. Leave overnight in a vinegar-water mix to remove any limescale and hard water deposit. Rinse thoroughly with detergent and water then replace on the platform.

What charging cord do I need for thiswhat is the charging end that goes into the pump

You don't have to worry, our pumps come with a charging cable and charging plug the package, so you can use them directly after you receive them.

does this work with regular one gallon bottle tops?

With the right amount of tubing, you can set the gallon water jug on the floor (below the pump level) and set the pump on a table. This way you won't need to be concerned about stability. Even on the 5-gallon jug, there is no friction fit as I expected with the cap on the jug.

Leaks lot of water silently

I bought 2 pumps one for myself and another one for my parents. I thought I can place the container on the top and need not hold the heavy container in my hands as I have injured finger with which I cant hold any heavy objects. One of it started leaking very badly already and I have to wipe it everytime after I fill the water from the dispenser. It has become a hazzle now. The intended reason for the purchase got defeated as it becomes unsafe everytime with lot of water on the floor. If unnoticed it becomes dangerous and slippery. I bought it in September 2025 and its hardly 6 months. Being so expensive it should have lasted much longer.

Over almost a year and its battery is holding great juice in it, after common daily use. Recharge never takes long and you can even dispensing water when it's charging too. Never had an issue and all as advertised.
