Do not like the straps, what you are indicating as a chest strap, is really a waist strap. Unless I wear this unit upside down, the shoulder straps continue to fall off my shoulders. I believe the chest strap needs to be higher to allow proper fit.

This is an easy & lightweight vest to wear and operate.   It has an innovative and comfortable design. I have had several reflective vests and this is my first with LED lighting.The reflective portion is on your back only.  In addition to the reflective material there is an LED light that forms a triangle.  You have 3 modes of flashing you can choose from.   The straps are fully adjustable.  I tried this on myself without a backpack and was able to adjust it to fit securely next to my body.   I also had my middle school daughter try it with her huge backpack.  She loved it and asked if she could have it after she tried it on.The vest came charged. When you recharge the battery a single light comes on in the middle of the vest.  Once it is fully charged the light goes out.  I like this feature as you don't have to guess when it is charged.Another really great feature is the padded back and the pouch behind the LED panel.  You can easily put a large phone in the pouch.  It charges very quickly (2 hours) and the 600 mAh Rechargable Lithium battery has a 20 hour capacity.   I love that  the USB charging cable is attached inside the LED panel so you don't have to worry about keeping up with it.  You will always have it with you when you need it.   The charging cable is the perfect length and you can charge with computer, wall adapter or portable charger.This comes in a glossy white box with see thru panel so you can see the vest before opening the box.  It comes with complete and easy to follow directions on how to wear, operate and charge the panel. This vest would make a great gift for a bicyclist, motorcyclist or backpacker. I must disclose that I received this product for free as part of a promotion in exchange for an unbiased and honest product review.  My review is based on my own personal experience.  I will update my review if necessary.

Soltekk Triangle LED Safety Reflective Vest - USB RechargeableI received this cool gadget for free to review it and i have to say i was impressed the moment i put my hands on it. Let me start by saying this vest is very high quality, i like the smell of the fabric it reminds me of new car's smell. I like that's its easy to put on and can be wrapped around myself or around my back pack. I used it on my way to school today and had the lights on all the way also used it on my way back, it didn't run out of charge. It's a must have for cyclists especially that the weather is getting better and it's time for cycling.

I usually don't write reviews online but I really liked this product for the following reasons:1) it is so comfy, I forget that I am wearing it2) I can wear it on my back or on my backpack3) The fact that it is rechargeable so I don't have to worry about buying batteriesdefinitely recommend it

This is a great device to keep you visible on the road at night. LEDs are bright and vest can easily be adapted to many situations. They also carry a remote controlled version.
