Does it fit the 2022?

It just for Mazda CX-5 CX5 CX8 2017-2021

Is this a cover or a replacement lip?

Its just a cover. I made that mistake thinking it was the whole replacement but its not. They give you crappy 3m tape to put it on and It lasted one day before they fell off while driving.
