Does the battery compartment come with a back?

It takes one AA battery and doesn’t have a cover.

Won't keep time. As I am using this in the classroom, I didn’t unpack the clock until we returned to school. Any chance I can exchange for new?

Hi, if you are having problems with the clock please email us at any time. It doesn't matter if you are past the return window. Please contact us! Kind regrads, Mary, Wise Hedgehog Support.

Does it have a cover?

Hi there, the clock is packed in bubble wrap to protect it during shipping.

Mine was quiet at first but now it has a fast paced ticking noise, what can I do?

Hi there, please reach out to us directly and we can help you with your problem. Best, Nathan, Wise Hedgehog Support.
