Yes, it is. I checked the manufacturer's (LEGO's) website :P

Can it be shipped to Turkey?

No Tony, it can not be shipped to Turkey.

how do you open the hach for the guy?

The hatch is double hinged, the first anchors the oval by the minifigures head which can be raised up. The second is by the minifigures feet which can be tilted forward to give better access to place or remove the minifigure.

Do you think a 6 year old turning 7 in March is to young for this?

Hi there! We usually recommend this set for builders ages 12 and up, so it may be a bit too challenging unless they've had a lot of experience with LEGO® sets designed for older builders. Kind regards, Emily LEGO® Customer Service
