Excellent almond flour
The flour is finely ground from blanched almonds, is fresh tasting and of good quality. The packaging is also practical, as a 1kg purchase comes in two 500gm packets. I have bought it twice. The Cookies and cakes baked with it were very tasty and it’s also a healthy substitute for breadcrumbs while making casseroles or cutlets.

The product i. e almond flour is perfect, it has smooth texture, nutty flavour and nice qty.. It is perfect for making almond milk, almond cookies and almond bread. I recommend this to everyone.

Great quality for all my keto & GF baking
I've ordered over and over again. Each time I receive a consistent product - good quality and blanched as the product claims. It's difficult to find blanched almond flour and this one is great! Price is good also, however it continues to increase.

Stale product for the first time
I have been a regular customer and have been purchasing your products for nearly a year, if not longer. Until now, I’ve always trusted the quality. However, I’m disappointed to share that the recent almond powder I received is stale. Given the premium pricing of your products, I expect consistent freshness, especially for items used in cooking. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I kindly request that you look into this matter. I would appreciate it if you could either send me a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. Not for baking macarons
Good almond flour but please don’t use for baking macarons. I bake macarons on a regular basis but whenever I bake with this almond it doesn’t turn out right but you can bake other gluten free products!

So far looks good, even the texture of the flour. The flour taste is okay, but the haven't tried to stirring with spoon as I use it with my protein powder The packing was good. And delivery was as per date Will use it consistently for one month, then will update....

Great for people on keto , low carb or paleo diet.. I make brownies, cake and so many dishes .. it is best if you have microwave or an otg oven .. you can try and experiment so many high fat and low carb dishes .. 👍👍
