How do you apply this to your gums to massage them?

Since I am only one who uses it, I wet my clean finger (or toothbrush) and dip it into the pot then apply it to my gums. Repeat until all areas are covered. It is a tad crumbly, how I do it. I suppose taking some out of container and mixing with a little water to form a sludge would work too. I massage in, then let it sit for a few minutes. Then I follow up with a wet toothbrush, and rinse well.

What's the weight of this pack? 100g or 50g?

It comes in 2 sizes, 100 and 50g. I got the 50g.

Does this powder stain porcelain caps? Thanks in dvance
