The tippi website offers a sizing guide via a PDF you can download and slip around your finger. They measure the circumference found at the knuckle that is closest to the finger tip.

Do you think these would work for being a manicurist, I get marks from filing

It is a rubber material and would probably be uncomfortable for you.

Can you type with these on?

I have these. They are brilliant! I an ambidextrous. I use them on the thumb and index finger on both hands at the same time. I can also type with them on.

I have finger burn from using smartphone and mobile device touchscreens, will these work on touchscreen devices?

They are meant to grip, not slide, and they fit over your finger (thus making it bigger) so I would not recommend them for touchscreen devices. That being said, it does "touch" through the micro gel, so it technically works on them. I can type with it on, but I think touching little buttons on my phone would get frustrating due to the size.
