The vendor never bothers to tell us what the fans' speed (RPM) or flow rate (CFM) are; from that we can assume that the vendor has no idea of such things and won't bother to find out, as long as their fans continue to sell. They may have a variable supply of different fans, too, with different speeds and flow rates, and so cannot make any valid statement as to the fans' ratings. Don't count on either fan to push any more than about 4 CFM with very little static pressure, and don't expect these fans to save you from heat creep, especially if you have a tiny Voxelab hotend. You might get lucky and get a 7 CFM fan that will work great in your Aquila, you might get one that givs you hideous fits.
