Is there a way to disable the siren?

If i understand your question correctly, can I shut the dang siren off because it's driving me crazy, the answer is no. The kids will figure out real quick how to switch it from megaphone to siren. My way was to pull the batteries out. The kids barely noticed the difference.

My sons has never shorted out. He enjoys it very much.
