So good! Too expensive tho.
Mmmm so tasty! Gluten free, healthy ingredients and it starts rising immediately! Great texture and makes the house smell yummy. We add extra cinnamon and apples! Too expensive!

Sooo good!
Omg, this baking mix is soooo good! Easy to mix up, baked perfectly and tastes divine! The muffins are moist and flavorful. The spices in the mix are a bit more like gingerbread than pumpkin loaf, but that's alright with us. We subsituted applesauce for the oil and they still turned out great. We also used a toaster oven, followed the directions exactly, baked for the minimal time (15 min). The best part (besides the yumminess) is no digestive issues since they are gluten free, and not too high in carbs. Just bought a few more boxes, well worth it!

Yummy Lite Mix 4 My New Diet
Needed a go to healthy dessert I could snack on. So I got this for my new diet. Easy directions, easy ingredients (I added some chia and flax seeds, and a little cinnamon) and easy to eat. Makes nice fluffy yummy in my tummy guilt free muffins. Just what the dietitian ordered.

The most flavorful, gluten or not
I don’t have a gluten issue, it’s simply the best pumpkin bread I’ve ever had and I can’t quit buying it. One thing that first attracted me to it is that it has no dairy. Another big bonus is it even has a lot less sugar than others, which lets the spice and pumpkin shine through. Only thing I change is that I prefer using only two eggs (in all their cake/bread mixes).

Overall good, not my favorite flavor
Easy to bame, good quality and ingredients. I only took a star because the flavor is still just ok.

Yummy
Quick and easy to mix together, and the resulting muffins/bread (I've made it both ways) are delicious. I love to add some chocolate chips and nuts as well. Smells amazing. The quality is just as good as "normal" baking mixes. I like that it's lower calorie!

I'm hooked on this: a guitless pleasure!
A friend introduced me to their cookies last fall. Then I discovered the muffin mix. I use 3 packages for a 9x9 baking dish. I use Psyillium husks and flax seeds for eggs to make them vegan. I add fresh Grated pumpkin and Cranberries. Really delicious! Now that pumpkin is out of season, I may try delicata squash instead. This sweet squash has worked well in another recipe. I love that it's sweetened with low glycemic coconut sugar, and all the real ingredients. no chemicals, natural flavors nor citric acid:. All real foods.

Very different flavor.
These are okay. It tends to have a weird flavor I think due to the almond flour. Not a big fan.
