What size sink do I get for this?

I used a sink 16X11 for this vanity. SMC1611 was the type of sink that I purchased, and it was professionally installed (under mounted) under a silestone countertop. Thank you!

Is it possible to order this with a single handle faucet (only one drilled hole???)

I think you can buy the base alone https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GM9KLCM/ref=ewc_pr_img_1?smid=A3EYVJI2VN1ML8&psc=1 and it would work with a single hole drop in sink like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Bathroom-Self-Rimming-Renovators-Supply-Manufacturing/dp/B00AIIE4SS/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?crid=22GVDRGC068DM&keywords=single+hole+bathroom+sink+drop+in&qid=1648582378&sprefix=single+hole+bathroom+sink+%2Caps%2C78&sr=8-6

What are the true dimensions of the vanity top? I bought the base but need to know what sink will fit before it arrives.

It came with the sink perfectly fitting to it. The vanity top is 17 1/4 x 29 and the sink top 18 1/4 x 30. It is beautiful.

Is this really 24" high?

It isn't 2ft tall, it's taller. It's typical sink height.
