Pleasantly Surprised!
This actually works. Not like the shellac we get from hair spray with a propellant but since that kinds tends to send my husband into a coughing fit, I had to find an alternative that doesn't but also offers some hold and passes my scent test as I am quite particular about the smells.

Good Natural Spray
I was looking for an alternative to salt spray to use on my locs where I get some frizz and to help them form better and this is working great. The salt spray is just so harsh so I decided to try a sugar based alternative. A few things to consider- the spray isn't sticky but if you were to run your hand over the sprayed area you will feel a texture similar to salt spray so I don't knwo how thsi woudl effect fine hair. The spray does wear off at the end of the day so it is easy to wash out. The smell is a big miss for me- I belive it is the geranium oil that is prevalent. Its not terrible and it doesn't smell chemically but I was hoping for a more mildy herbal scent where its much more floral- the smell does dissapate fast after application. I added some other essential oils to brign the geranium scent down.

Will not purchase again!!!
This hairspray goes on like water and has the faint unpleasant odor of rose geranium. I can't understand why they would choose this particular scent, which is so off putting to many people, when they could have chose something that most people like, like lavender or true rose. It doesn't hold your hair or add body, but rather makes hair look dry and frizzy after it dries. I've tried many non-toxic hairsprays and this was one of the worst for my hair which is baby fine and wavy. It's also very expensive for a product that looks to be mostly water with a bit of essential oil.

Decent Hold For An Organic Hair Spray…
I love that this hair spray is USDA Certified Organic. I specifically seek out organic products. The pump spray works well and gives off a fine mist when sprayed. There is no need to worry about having spray concentrated on only one part of your head. Also, with having a fine mist expelled per spray I think this 8 oz. bottle will last a while. It does not leave a white or sticky residue like some regular hair spray does. It also does not give you that stiff feeling as well that regular hair spray leaves. It has a very citrus-y smell which does not last for very long if you are concerned that you will be smelling like a box of orange juice. It’s a little pricey for hair spray at $13.95 a pop but it’s worth it in my opinion if organic is what you’re looking for. All in all it’s a pretty decent hair spray for being organic and I will most likely re-purchase when this bottle is finished.

The perfect all natural hairspray!
I have ordered this 2 times now! I am pregnant, so I wanted something organic and safe to use. I wear my hair up in a pony tail every day and I get hairs that don’t want to stay back since my hair is fine. This stuff has enough hold but my hair still stays flexible. I’m not sure why there are reviews saying it leaves their hair crunchy. I haven’t felt that with my hair at all. It works great for me!

Herbal Choice Organic Hairspray
I like the ingredients and the fact that it’s organic. The smell is decent. My only issue so far is the hold, it’s not very strong at all. If the hold was stronger I’d give it 4 maybe 5 stars.

Good ingredients but doesn’t really hold much.
Yes this is more natural for your hair and better for environment, however I was looking for a natural flexible hold spray. It barely holds and within 10 min my hair went limp. I have long hair that I blowdry in gentle swoops away from the face so while I work the hair doesn’t fall into my face. Flexible hairspray usually keeps it in place. This brand only added scent and felt like product was in my hair. I sprayed it again and it looked like my hair was greasy/ wet because of the natural oils. The better one that really works nicely is Amika Flexus that my hair dresser uses- which is not good for the environment. So hard to find something natural that works!

Great hold and for frizz control!!
Toxic chemicals are everywhere these days! That's why I try to find healthier alternatives to most products I know can be harmful. I was really excited when I found this organic hairspray and I couldn't wait to try it out. When it first arrived I was really happy because it smells really good! It has a very citrus smelling scent to it. I was honestly afraid it would smell terrible, but I'd give it a 10/10 just for the scent alone. My first impression of it after using it the first time was that it's not as "sticky" as most other hairsprays are. This took a little bit of getting used to and I was afraid I wasn't using enough at first. I decided to try and tease my hair with it and I've gotta say, it did much better than I thought it would. It actually helped give my super thin, super fine hair a bit of texture which helped to make it easier to get my hair to do what I wanted it to. I used it again when I knew I was going to be out in the heat all day, and even through sweat and water being splashed at me it did a great job of controlling frizz and keeping my hairstyle the way I wanted it. Overall, I'm very impressed with how well this hairspray worked and I'm pretty much hooked on it now. I will definitely be recommending it to my "crunchy" friends and family looking for a healthier alternative to other common hairsprays sold in stores.
