Does this tape block infrared radiation?

It’s outer coating is made up of foil. It will definitely block inferred radiation.

Does it adhere to wood good?

If the wood is clean and dry I believe it will stick very well. I have not used it on wood yet, but this is some seriously sticky stuff.

Hello, the plugin end connectors of my pool vaccum cleaner hose, are geeting lose. Will this tape keep them attached?

This tape is really strong ! I’m sure it would work for a little while but from sitting submerged in ur pool with chlorine and other chemicals I’m also sure it would deteriorate over time eventually and u would be back at square one…
