Seem solid and well made but too long and wide for my internal door. Our professional door fitter told me not to use them.

This latch lock is the MVP of my DIY baby gate.
When I decided to make my own baby gate, there were two possible outcomes: 1. A sturdy, functional gate that keeps my tiny human contained. 2. A questionable contraption that would make my toddler laugh as they casually bypassed it. Thankfully, this latch lock made sure it was option #1. It’s solid, easy to install, and strong enough to withstand the wrath of a determined toddler. So far, my kid hasn’t figured out how to break free, which means I finally have at least one thing in my house under control. It locks and unlocks smoothly, and unlike my patience, it hasn’t worn down yet. If you need to keep little escape artists (or even mischievous pets) in check, this latch is the real deal. 5 stars. My sanity thanks you.
