Love this stuff!!
Love this stuff! Was able to use it to help seal various different parts on my 69 Dodge Dart Project. Has a nice glossy texture and dries pretty quickly. Helps protect my components in my car and keeps them from cracking. It is a good texture for most any projects. I have used it on other applications too. It's nice that it's a versatile project that I can use for almost anything!

Worked great
This did what I expected. I have a 1976 Volkswagen Beetle convert. that I am fixing up. The rubber on the running boards was dried out and discolored, along with some splits in the rubber showing bare metal underneath. It was going to cost well over two hundred dollars each to replace them, so I thought I'd try Flex Seal. After cleaning and drying the running boards I applied the product with a small paintbrush. It went on easily, covered really well, and small "oops" we're easily wiped up with a cleaning cloth. I allowed a drying time of 24 hours and just now went out and filled in the split areas with a little more product and smoothed it out with the brush. It looks fantastic! I took a couple pictures which don't do it justice. It dried really shiny, and looks wet although it's dry and looks and feels like rubber. Some tips: I first stirred it very well because I could tell it was thick at the bottom of the can. It was easy to stir up though. When I was finished with the project yesterday, I replaced the can lid and tapped it on tightly. My brush I wanted to use again for today's touch up, so I sealed it in tin foil. When I opened the can again today it was ready to go but is tired it again anyway. There was no "skin" on top, and no lumps. My brush was only slightly stiff and I was able to use it again. I used about half a can of the product to do both running boards and am very pleased with how they look!

A little expensive, but it does the job.
I used this on a steel trash can that I store bird seed in. The top had a gash in it and no matter what I did, water would get in and ruin the seed. I hated to throw it away since that was the only problem. A can of this, and the problem was solved. It's a little spendy for the amount you get which is why I removed 1 star. But there's no question it works good. My only other gripe is that it takes a long time to set up and dry. So if you can keep your project level and dry for 24 hours, that will go a long way to helping it cure. I just used a disposable paint brush to apply it and I kept the now hard brush for future applications. It's fairly durable depending on what you're trying to accomplish. I tried using it on the feet of my deck chairs hoping it would save wear and tear on my deck? Not a good idea, it just fell off after a couple of uses. But for sealing, this is a good product.

Works great for my purposes. That is to keep things from sliding around.
Two or three years back, I 3D printed some drink coasters to use. But one problem was that they would slide easily. So I ordered Flex Seal in this week to try coating the bottom of them creating a non-skid surface. It takes 48 hours for this stuff to cure completely. But after 24 hours with my 1st test, it appears that I am getting what I wanted. A non-skid surface on the bottom of these coasters. The stuff states that it can be used as a sealant. But there are many products that can be used as a sealant, and this 48 hour cure time is a drawback. 24 hours before it is safe to handled. It also states that it can be used as liquid electrical tape. Again, I agree with this. But that curing time is a drawback. But for coating surfaces, it is a winner in my book. (So far....) Update: April 9, 2018 The stuff worked great on the PLA plastic coasters. PLA plastic is a material made from corn. However, I had 3D printed 1 coaster with ABS plastic with a rough base. ABS plastic is the stuff used in cars. Here the Flex Seal appeared to cure in 24 hours. However, that coaster required 2 coats of Flex seal because it had soaked into the plastic.. Having used my coasters with the Flex seal bases for a few days now, they work exactly as planed. Put a cup in them with any liquid, and they are planted and un-moving. They won't slide off of a table without a lot of help. I suspect that this application would work for many materials where you don't want them sliding around. (Hmmmm...... I wonder if I can make some non-skid pads under my old laptop? Maybe the same thing for my sound speakers on my desktop or TV? It's an idea...)

Very impressed
Super easy to use, awesome concrete sealer. I was very surprised at how well flex seal filled the cracks and crevices of rough pour concrete.
