Do you have this in the black color?

Hi there, thanks for your interest in Orbitkey! Yes! The Orbitkey Nest is available in Black as well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08KTW7BS5/

I think the one i recieved was used or returned, does it normally come wrapped or taped by mfg?

Mine was used as well with a sticker on the middle and no cable charger. I think reason of it is because is use and they can have it at the price that I got it and not the original( price).

Is this big enough to hold a laptop charging cable or two also?

It would depend on the sizing of the cable. The product photos give you a good idea of size and scale of what you can fit.
