Bamboo Chopping Board with Containers by Thetford Design – Durable and Sturdy Design – Wooden Cutting Board with Sliding Drawers for Vegetables, Fruits and Meat - Large

Bought in February 2021. I bought this as I thought the quality would be good for the price. As soon as I got it, I oiled it down with a butchers block oil. Last month I noticed a dark line down the board, it turned out to be a split, a quarter of the way down, running the entire length of the board. This board has had minimal use & was very well looked after. Very disappointed.UPDATEAfter leaving a review, I was contacted by Mike from Thetford Design, who offered me a refund or a replacement, I chose to have a replacement as I love the board. I replied to his email on the Wednesday & the board was with me within 24hrs, which is very very impressive.Upon receiving the board I oiled it straight away & left it overnight before it's first use.. The board is stored on it's side as it takes up less room on the countertop, & it makes oiling the board a lot easier. Both sides of the board are used, one side for chopping veg/savoury foods & the other side for fruits/sweet foods. I use an eco anti-bac spray to clean it down as it has less harsher chemicals. The board is oiled once a week.The grater/slicer etc fit very well in the board & are very useful, they also save using more dishes, as the containers which come with the board hold quite a fair bit of food.Overall this board is very well made, is very sturdy, the workmanship is excellent, the containers & the grater/slicer are of a good quality & if well looked after this board should last a lifetime.Fantastic customer service from this family run company. Bought as part of a gift basket for my partner moving into his new house.He has not had any issues with it, he has found it quick and easy to use, easy to clean and is happy with it.I’m now tempted to buy one for myself.

I can't tell you how nifty this product is, as somebody who loves cooking and hates mess, I can't say how great this is. Would recommend 100% to anybody. Delivery was speedy and the overall quality of the product can't be faulted.

Love this chopping board with its different coloured food graters and it has four storage bowls that sit neatly inside the chopping board great quality and good value for the money

Very goodCan you get replacement grater as plastic on cheese grater is broken . Love this item. Easy to use and clean

Great product but main drawback is the lack of lids for the tubs, I have looked everywhere and can’t find a suitable lid so have to use clingfilm which is a faff.

Best thing I’ve bought in a long time!
