THIS SAYS 20 OUNCES BUT DOES NOT HOLD 20 OUNCES
The box says 20 ounces but it does NOT hold 20 ounces!!! I bought this to hold a Starbucks Venti (20 ounces) and it barely holds a Starbucks Grande (16 ounces). I dont know why they call this 20 ounces but it definitely does not hold 20 ounces so if you want a Grande - this is fine but if you want a Venti - this wont work. Make sure you order a Grande and pay for a Grande when using this cup. I bought this for my mother and now she will be getting Grande's instead of Venti's and she's not happy about it! I wanted to call the manufacturer but there is no phone number or any website on the box. This should not be sold as a 20 ounce cup because it does not hold 20 ounces of coffee.

Design Flaw
This has a design flaw as both the top cap and Strainer cap open in the same direction. You can end up opening the strainer cap when you intend to open the top cap. It is dangerous specially if you have hot liquid in it.

This is the best water bottle I have ever owned
This is the best water bottle I have ever owned. It stays cold a very long time. I even still had ice 12 hours later. It's awesome.
