Why is the length of the strip lights stated as 40cms in the technical data but 30cms in the product description. Which is correct please?

The one I have are 30cm or 300mm

How do you remove a cable from the splitter box??? I plugged a strip in to test them before

We had the same problem you just have to pull hard

How long is the wire from the light to the junction box?

A little over 4 feet, from light to junction box. Hope this helps.
