Is this originally from Invicta company..? How many years for the warranty..?

The invicta company does make some watches that are Swiss components. This is not one of them. Most are made with Japanese movements like the ones you find in a Seiko. Avoid all Invictas that have Chinese movements or are assembled in China. They are very inconsistent in quality. Warranties are comprehensive three year if I remember correctly. Most

Not sure. I had to remove links from mine. You might have to buy a complete new band.
