使用感に満足していましたが、店頭で木屋さんの「エーデルワイス」に触れたところすっかり心奪われ買い替え。こちらは家人に。 エーデルワイスは重くて、、あっさりネジのカバーも取れてしまい、そうするとネジが緩み、かみ合わせの悪さと刃の摩耗もあり全然切れない代物に。 久しぶりに家人の家でこちらを使ってびっくり。やー！全然変わらないですね！軽いのに、軸のブレもまるでなくアノ時のまま。蟹の甲羅にも、ビクともしません。軸がズレる感覚すらもたらさない。流石。先が鋭利なのも良い。 また買い直します。
