It's the best pair of scissors for kitchen and food. I use them to cut pork, beef and chicken. I even used them to cut shank!! They saved me time and did all the hard work for me. As to the slippery issue, it never happens to me after I did this: I placed them on top of a piece of paper on the door of my refrigerator, and they stayed where I put them. Yep. Just like that. Easy to solve the "slipping" problem.

I honestly didn't expect these scissors to be as good as they are, given the price. The magnet on the sheath sticks very well so they don't fall down at a bump, the magnetic hinge comes apart for cleaning easily but won't just let go when the scissors are in use, they're sharp and the curve to them helps with getting at what you're cutting. All in all an excellent purchase and I highly recommend them.

The scissors are very sharp and have held up very well so far. We usually wash them in the dish washer and really like that the sides separate. The sheath however was not great and we chose to dispose of it. A very good value for the price.

These work great as kitchen scissors since they come with a magnetized case that can be put on the fridge. I also love that they can be separated for thorough cleaning. The blades dull easily, so they will need regular sharpening. Otherwise, these are very convenient!

They are supposed to come apart into 2 seperate pieces, but if you're not careful they will come apart to easily, they also got very dull very quickly and the magnet is not strong enough to keep it from sliding down the fridge

This is an awesome tool! I got it for my mom who lives in assisted living and doesn't want a lot of tools cluttering her limited space. Now I am ordering one for me! Does about anything you need and has a handy magnetic hanger.

Cuts really well and the holster has a magnet in it which allows it to stick on the fridgemaking it so handy.

Great quality scissors, easy to clean.
