You get what you pay for.
This is expensive, but is top notch quality. It helped with Cdiff infection. The taste is not great, but not terrible. It is difficult to describe. I like that it is natural. Also, you have to keep it in the fridge to keep the bacteria alive. Keep this in mind if it is hot temperatures when delivered.

Need to list where it ships from.
The ice pack was warm by the time I got it. It was shipped from too far away. I want to say it was something like Tennessee to Washington state. I'm not sure how much of the effectiveness wore off. :(
