4-Pack Hand Exercise Balls - Physical & Occupational Therapy Kit

An Excellent Tool for Hand Rehabilitation and Strength Building These RMS hand exercise balls have proven to be an invaluable tool for both rehabilitation and maintaining hand strength. The unique egg-shaped design fits perfectly in the palm, providing a comfortable and secure grip during exercises. The four different resistance levels, clearly color-coded, allow for progressive training that's essential for rebuilding hand strength after injury or surgery. The soft thermoplastic rubber material feels gentle on the hands while still providing effective resistance. I've used these extensively for recovering from wrist strain, and the gradual progression from soft to extra firm has helped significantly improve my grip strength without causing additional discomfort. The included exercise guide offers helpful suggestions for various therapeutic routines. Beyond rehabilitation, these balls serve as excellent stress relievers and fidget tools. The textured surface provides satisfying sensory feedback, making them ideal for keeping hands busy during meetings or while concentrating. The travel pouch is a thoughtful addition that keeps the set organized and portable for use anywhere. The quality construction holds up well to regular use, and the hypoallergenic material makes them suitable for sensitive skin. Whether for physical therapy, arthritis management, or general hand fitness, these exercise balls deliver consistent performance and reliable results. Bottom line: A well-designed, effective set of exercise balls that offers excellent value for anyone needing hand rehabilitation, strength training, or stress relief. Highly recommended for their quality, versatility, and progressive resistance options.
