First Aid Rotating Compression Tourniquet (FDA Approved) - Superior Professional Grade One-Handed Application, Light-Weight, Easy Application

Seems very much like the North American Rescue product cosmetically and functionally as near as I can tell. It says that it's FDA approved and I'm hoping this is the case. I hope to never use this device, but if I do, I need to count on performance.

this one is great for the price. seems like an all around quality item.

This is on my IFAK. I do hope I won't have a need to use this.

Tried it out on myself and it is able to be used one handed. Probably a one use item in a real situation though.
