The regular size adjusts to fit my 16.1-hand TB ad 15-hand Arabian fine. If you have a pony, you will have to get the small size. I've had mine for nearly 20 years, used on several different horses twice a month, and it has held up well. The only thing I've had to do to it was to replace the strap, which was no big deal. Also, there are cheaper sources than Amazon. Shop around

How much does the item weigh?

Around 5 pounds. Got mine in 2015. It is well used. should last many more years. valuable tool.

Is this the standard size hoofjack? I know they come in different sizes. Thanks.

Yes. Not aware of different sizes but stand is adjustable to fit the horse. Great product and horses love it too.

Contact Amazon . Is it beyond the return time allowance? Otherwise post it for sale on Craigslist or in a local feed store.
