How long do I cook the noodles before I stir fry them?

Time varies greatly depending on the heating setting of your stove/burner. However, the best way to tell is to cook until most of the water is gone. Then, you can try to stir fry it.

What are the ingredients in the sauce? Are any of this brands sauces gluten free?

The ingredients of the sauce is soy sauce (contains wheat), sugar, black soy sauce, garlic, soybean oil, glucose syrup, white pepper powder, salt, thickener, flavor enhancer, citric acid, stabilizer and natural flavor. Unfortunately, I don’t know of gluten-free sauce from Lobo.

Are the noodles gluten free?

Yes, the noodle is rice noodle which is gluten free.

Delicious!

This is simple to prepare and delicious. The instructions on the outside are not very specific but inside the packaging there are better instructions. This is restaurant quality taste and 1 of the packs feeds about 4 adults in my opinion (with this as the entire meal - I add broccoli to it)Definitely worth the order

Subpar

I had Tom Yum in Colorado it was delicious. I guess I’ll be chasing that same flavor for years to come bc this isn’t even close. I waited a month for this. It taste like spicy lemon milk. I said what I said. Lemon taste then spicy taste then milk. I don’t think I’m going to listen to reviews in anymore. You guys and your trickery. Yea u got me. I ask hate the smell of it. I hope someone eats it bc I sure want be partaking in another bite. This was not for me. I got one from Pete’s Produce and have yet to find that particular one AGAINNN. I brought it once and it was over after that I could no longer find it and don’t recall the brand. I’m saddened by this. I wouldn’t recommend it. Just wasn’t the taste I was looking for at all. I’m kinda upset $29. I just knew this was going to be delicious

Good flavor

Good flavor, close to restaurant quality. 2 packages said 4 servings but it was equivalent to one to-go container of Pad See Ew from our favorite Thai restaurant so it would be nice if the noodle packages were a little bigger. FYI, cooking directions are on the back side of the paper packaging.

Great!!

I am so happy with this purchase I’ve ordered a couple times now and will definitely order again. The instructions are super easy to read and the process to make is quick and simple. The noodles and the sauce are absolutely delicious and I love how easy it is to just add whatever you want to it. I’m glad I can enjoy my favorite Thai dish at home without having to go to a restaurant.
