These Paper Mate pens are durable, reliable, functional, and cheap. I always carry a pen with me at work because many times I need one on the spot. These pens write very well and they are sturdy and shouldn't break. The ink glides onto paper pretty smoothly and the size of the line is easy to read. When buying a large package of these pens, they are relatively inexpensive. I would strongly recommend anyone with any clerical work buy a pack of them and keep one on them. They will last a while and one's boss will never find one of their employees without something with which to write. They are not refillable as far as I can tell, but they are built to last in practically any environment and they will last.

These Paper Mate Profile pens are fantastic! The bold 1.4 mm tip writes incredibly smoothly and makes my handwriting look neat and easy to read. The ink flows consistently without skipping, and the colors are bright, vibrant, and fun to use for planning, journaling, note-taking, or color-coding. The pens are comfortable to hold, even during long writing sessions, thanks to the soft grip. I also appreciate the variety of colors included in the pack, which adds a nice touch to organizing my planner and notes. I'll definitely be buying them again! ***Before you begin writing there a little wax ball on the tip on the ink side so the ink doesn't leak I assume. You just press to write and it'll pop off the end and voila, you can begin writing!

These looked great for planning homeschool schedules, and the blue ink is really smooth and bold. I used one to sign all the school forms and it never skipped, which was nice. They’re a bit thick in my hand though, so after a long grocery list my fingers felt tired. Still keep a few in my diaper bag. i just wish they were a little slimmer so they’d be comfier to hold. They’re good if u like a wider grip.

These paper mate pens are everything I expected and more. The colors are vibrant and fun to use with little to no smudging and they seem to dry quickly. The pens write extremely smoothly and at less than $1 per pen the value for the money is ideal. I have not experienced any leakage with any of the pens at this point but having purchased paper mate pens in the past, I have never had an issue with leaking. I would highly recommend these pens if you’re looking for pens with bold colors at an exceptional price.

Maybe a funny thing to say, but as a retired teacher I still hoard pens. I got this set as a gift and use them for my crossword puzzles and letters. The bold blue ink is clear and easy on my eyes. I just click and write, no smearing on my planner pages.

I like these, the colors are nice and they're a nice gel pen. But they can also be quite patchy in use, some also seem smoother than others, but honestly not horrible for the price. They don't smudge from what I can tell and are comfortable in the hand.

I just LOVE a bold ballpoint pen. I was looking to get several colors of pens so that I could color code my notes for my nursing classes, and my original thought was Inkjoy pens. They've always worked great and were very smooth. But when I saw these guys in 1.4mm? Game changer. They write every bit as smooth as the Inkjoy pens, and the colors are super vibrant (except orange, it's unnecessarily light). I just love everything about these pens. I can't wait to use these in my classes. 10/10 recommend.

I purchased these pens because the pack had a blue, green, & red in the pack. I did NOT expect the extra bonus! I grabbed the black just to jot a quick note and WOW … the ball is soooo smooth. It glides on the paper. No smudge, no ink inconsistency, not too fat, and not too thin. This is the Goldilocks of simple pens. Thank you Paper Mate :)

Nice inexpensive pens. The color is more of a really deep magenta than a true purple, but its a really pretty shade so I think purple addicts would be happy with it. Writes smoothly with no drag and without blobs. Each pen lasts quite awhile, too. When this box runs out I will probably buy again.

Paper mate roller ball gel pens are my favourite. They glide across the page and feel great in the grip

These pens are very smooth to write with, leaving a very legible line without the hassle or bleed through of a felt tip pen. Most suppliers have now shifted to stocking only the 0.7 or 1mm nib thicknesses. I don't know if this is a move by Paper Mate or whether there has been a greater shift to fine point, but Amazon was the only place I could source this bold point (1.4mm) where I live. These pens have good longevity and all the other hallmarks of quality you'd expect from a writing implement by Paper Mate.
