The USB ports should be at the left hand side, instead of back side.Thickness of the body should be increasedlittle bit.You sent me a LAPCARE cooler instead of NSin cooler.

Good product but do you need it ?
Although this cooling pad is working fine, I think no coolpad will be effective to considerably cool your laptop. So invest wisely.

Not worth the money
The build quality of product is very bad. The Fan Speed is also less. Also, the fan is made of plastic and not protected from below, so If you are placing it above lap , fan may get stuck with clothing. Overall, I would suggest that if you are buying any cooling pad, buy one with metal mesh on the above so that it will help dissipate some more heat. This product is plastic, so no heat dissipation by conductivity.
