These bands seem to be of good quality. I tested out the bands doing bicep curls and shoulder raises and they seemed to hold up well to very intense stretching. The door anchor worked for sure but with the size of the clips on the band, they're hard to get around the strap they are supposed to clip on to. There is no problem with the clip on handles. As for the ankle straps, they are extremely lose. It is impossible to tighten them due to the short amount of velcro on each strap. Still usable but not comfortable. The guide it comes with is nice. I am excited to hav e these in my house! I received this product for a discount for my unbiased review.

Horrible quality! These bands are weak and flimsy. On the first use, one of the bands broke and it the anchor unbalanced the hinges of my door. Very horrible quality.

Use every day and LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! East to use and lots of options in regards to workouts with less impact on joints.

Good product, especially for the price, resistance bands offer good resistance variety of levels to get a good solid workout, straps are good and sturdy. I do wish the ankle straps had a bit more Velcro on them so they could fit a bit more snug but over all great product. I was offered this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest opinion.

My husband has had these fitness resistance bands on his wish list for months. So I ordered them for his birthday last week and he was really impressed with their high quality! He has used them several times already, and the workout they give is exactly what he's been wanting! My kids all love taking turns with the bands as well and beg to get them out again! I really appreciate that they come with a storage bag and a short instructions page. Items came with all the attachments as described. The resistance bands lock well into the straps (foot and hand handles) thanks to the corresponding carabiner on each end of the band.I tried setting this up behind the top part of my door to test out some back exercises. Works rather well in a pinch when I can't go to the gym.Definitely a really good foresight to allow for bands to stack cumulatively if you want some extra resistance and pull.
