After machine wash, do I air dry or can I use a dryer?

I have done both. No issues. I am sure air dry is best for extending the life of the cloth. U could do on cold with delicates.

Can these be used with eye makeup remover?

I am sure you can - I have used micellar water before but even with waterproof mascara warm water works just fine and washes right out in the laundry. Love these!

Should the be washed in warm or cold water?

I have washed in cold and warm before, I prefer warm.

Are these made of polyester or cotton?

Not sure. I believe they have cotton in them. I have had them awhile. I love them. They are so soft and just the right size for your face.
