The instrument is lovely and plays well although a little tough on the fingers at the moment as brand new...hoping as the strings bed in it'll become easier. Bright tone, quite loud. Review: 6 out of 5 stars for great customer service - Just to say that I ordered two ukeleles from Mark at music room and he e mailed to say they were out of stock but he would upgrade to the Lani Ukelele Lani L'S 55 without further cost to me . They arrived and my Christmas present stress was decreased. I was so pleased that Mark went the extra mile to avoid disappointing me . They were fantastic and I am reluctant to give them away . Many thanks to Mark and Music Room .
