Does this work good on thick loose sand?

It doesn't for me. It's SO heavy to move through sand, that I had to literally leave the cart at the end of a boardwalk, and lug several of my camera gear bags and stands to the location. I should say that it seemed to work fine on relatively packed sand, but once the sand gets deep, it just acts like a big scoop. I'm actually pretty astonished that people said it's easy on sand. I don't see how.

Does this come with the kick stand brake shown in one of the reviews?

We have different type of wagons , this blue wagon do no have the brake. please refer to the below link for the wagon freestanding and has brakes: Blue:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YC2W3C3 Red: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YC25YB9 Green: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YC3WKH9 Black: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YC2NSJP

Is the bottom solid? I’d like to transport my dog in the wagon.

Yes, I’d say you could transport your pup!
