Is this plastic oven safe? If yes, up to what temperature?

I'm not aware that it's oven safe at any temperature, I've only used it to assemble cold mousse etc.

Can I use it to make cake stencils?

Yes, it works very well to make cake.

could this be used for party favor boxes ?

I haven't used it for that yet, but it looks and feels like it would make a box; however, I wouldn't say it would be a sturdy box for something heavy.
