So disappointing...
I was really looking forward to receiving this book as I love Arabic cuisine and had even had cooking lessons in Oman. Having flicked through it, I am SO disappointed. The recipes are very basic, there is not one single photo or even illustration, there are many basic errors in the text and the recipes are not laid out in any logical order with a random mix of mains, cookies, salads etc. Indeed, there is a Chaper One and then...no further chapters. Oh dear :-(, it will sadly need to be returned.
