No, don't recal any issues with dust.

Will the mounts fit a mini itx board?

I'm not sure if the holes will line up, I mounted a Micro ATX board. Even if they don't, all you have to do is mark your own holes and drill. Its plastic so it drills pretty easy.

Does this fit eatx boards? Didn't see it mentioned specifically in the description.

This is a post from Tecmo34 on Tomshardware.com that may help: An EATX MOBO is around 12" x 10.5" roughly were an ATX MOBO is around 12" x 9" in dimensions. The EATX is a little longer because it has an extra PCI slot, which standard MOBO's don't. Most cases will not fit the extra slot or won't align up properly with the standoff's required. I would say since you are using a tray and your case is rather large, it is able to fit both trays. If you have proper alignment with all of the standoff's, I would say you are good to go... :)
