InstallerParts Adjustable Slanted Ceiling Plate for 1.5" NPT Pipe Ceiling Mount – Compatible with All InstallerParts 1.5" NPT TV Mounts

I have ordered several. of these things and the set screw strips real easy. I have to retap the hole and use my own hardware to secure the thread lock. The other issue is the the mount will not pivot to a full 90 degree and I have to trim some metal to make it work for me. Other than that they are great.

Set screw hole was malformed. When attempting to insert the set screw the hole itself stripped out before the set screw even made it far enough in to start to tighten against the pipe. Quality control was lacking. I had to install it at a job site so I had to drill it out completely and insert a small bolt. Would not recommend this product.

I ordered this mount to install a projector and it installed very easily and I did not know that I would need the ability to tilt the 1.5" pipe until I attached the projector and mount. This ability came in handy to get the picture on the screen properly. It is a good, strong design and I am pleased with the way it came out. I did need to mount the base flush to a board, so I did not use the included mounting bolts, insted, I used some 1/4 inch bolts, nuts, and some fender washers to attach it to my ceiling.

Beautiful piece with nice powder coating. Very strong design. I used this for a small solar panel mount and it should be excellent for the application. The tilt and swivel are firm but able to be adjusted and moved by hand if desired or tightened down completely. Nice craftsmanship overall.

This is a sturdy mount, but, you need to BUY A POLE OR THREADED PIPE AND A WAY TO ATTACH TO THE CEILING!! This mount does not come with the parts to mount to the ceiling. It only has the parts for the mount to be attached to the TV. The box I got had Flat Panel Ceiling Mount "ACCESSORY"

Absolutely love this TV mount. Easy to install. I bought two; one for a game room and the other was mounted on my brick fire place. Why pay for an expensive mount when this one will do the job perfectly and easily
