Not sure if it is the poor packaging or the poor craftsmanship

I got four of these to give as gifts. All four arrived damaged. Not sure if it is the poor packaging or the poor craftsmanship. But every single one came with the Statue of Liberty's torch-arm broken at some place or another. Had to super glue all four. Unless you enjoy a good super glue project, do not buy at any cost!
