Item had damage
The safe is great but pieces were broken inside of it. I would recommend the safe, but not the seller.

Product arrived damaged. Police said button is broken and clips that hold the shelves up are broken. Will be sending it back Friday November 5th

Useless.
Lost my keys and batteries dies. Used a paperclip to turn the keyhole and unlock it.

Worst customer service ever. Not worth it.
Terrible terrible customer service. They never pickup their phones. Parts or key replacement is very difficult and time co aiming. Just throw it away and start over. Do not buy. Made in China.
