Is there silicone in this?

My understanding is that this is a completely natural product from the earth. No chemicals or additives. In my mind, that would definitely exclude silicone.

Is this like Rubigo Earth that I used in the seventies it came in an urn also?

I had the Indian Earth Bronzer in the urn during the '70's, and to me, this new Indian Earth Bronzer is exactly the same as the '70's bronzer.

is this for african american women, or caucasian women who want to look tan?

I would say Caucasian women who want to look tan, it is basically a bronzer. I also use it as an eyeshadow for a natural bronzie look.

Where is this made/manufactured?

The instructions came with the name of the website www.IndianEarth.net and phone number (714)323-4147 for the company in Anaheim, Calif. Hope this helps answer your question or maybe you can call the company directly.
