Love this bag, good size. Thought I did handwash it first to get some of the dye colour out, really glad I did. It took 3 washes before the water was clear. In rain or hot weather/sweating I could imagine the dye transferring on to your clothes. Really happy with the bag.

Good and sturdy. Just come back from a week in France and filled this up with overflow clothes that wouldn't fit in my cabin luggage. Perfect. Would recommend.

OK if you are on a budget, expect to wash it, and potentially repair minor parts
As others have mentioned it has a smell that is strong and chemical-like when opening the item so you will want to wash it, potentially by hand, maybe let it soak for a while. The zips did not give me any confidence when using them and inside of the front pocket has zero lining with a lot of frayed denim on the inside. I couldn't give this as a gift to someone, and it will most likely require some attention and maintenance if you want to really us it (unless you get one in better condition than we received).

Broke whilst on holiday first time using it! Which was really annoying. Couldn’t return it because I brought it well in advance of my holiday . Had to buy a new one out there.
